Walnut, Rosewood and oak, National's Perpetual Plaques will
grace any wall with elegance. Used in churches and synagogues,
fire and police departments, boardrooms and sales offices
everywhere, National's extensive line of Perpetual Plaques
can honor any number of recipients per plaque. After arrival
of initial plaque just call or e-mail us the name and/or
date to be applied. We'll send the plate ASAP or we'll ship
them already attached. The choice is yours. Details

Plates are black but can be special ordered optionally in
Gold. As with any National product, if you don't see it
ask for it.

If you would rather,
we can completely assemble your perpetual plaque (with
the un-engraved monthly plates attached) and you can return
the blank plates as needed or, we will ship your engraved
plate each month for you to attach in the appropriate
space. Let us know in advance to price accordingly.
* Cherry Finish Plaque sizes up to 12" X 18 1/2"
have black plate border surrounds as shown above. Sizes
15" x 18" up to 16" x 20" are without
lasered plate surround. Larger, custom, perpetual plaques
are available upon request. Ask us about these super-sized,
super valued plaques.Engraving
or laser charges are .18 per letter or a minimum of $7.00
(whichever is the greater) plus shipping. We ship U.P.S.
ARTWORK: To avoid additional
charges please make sure all artwork is Camera Ready.
Camera ready artwork is a layout in black & white
form ready for reproduction (*Digital
vector art is preferred). All type, linework and illustrations
must be sharp, clean and dense black. Image edges must
not be broken or jagged. Photographs should be "to
size" or larger and at least 300dpi. Artwork sent
by fax is not acceptable. Poor quality photocopies, detailed
changes and/or conversion will result in additional charges.
Layout of copy and/or artwork will be at National's discretion
unless specifications are clearly marked on your order
or finished art is supplied. We reserve the option to
refuse a multiple color order which we consider impossible
to reproduce within industry standards.

High quality digital artwork can be submitted in one of
the following formats for a PC: CorelDraw (version 10
or older), Adobe Illustrator (version 7 or older), EPS,
high resolution TIF, JPG or BMP. When submitting digital
artwork please include necessary fonts, or convert fonts
to curves.
